Now, we are adding the next step.
In-App Outreach is coming to Backlink Brain, giving users the ability to write, edit, save outreach emails directly from the app.

What Is In-App Outreach?
In-App Outreach is a new campaign phase that helps users do more from the app.
After swiping through a campaign, users will still receive the Excel sheet of leads like they do now. But instead of needing to leave the app to start outreach, they will also be able to review each saved opportunity and prepare the email inside Backlink Brain!
Review Each Backlink Opportunity
Users will now see a second deck where they will be able to open their right swiped opportunities from the first deck and inspect things further, again seeing the site, target page, available metrics. But now you can also finally see the contact options.
Choose From Found Emails
Backlink Brain will show the emails found for each website.
If there are multiple contacts, users can choose the one that looks like the best fit before sending.
Write or Edit the Email
Users can then customize the subject line and message body right in the app.
Premium users will be able to use AI-written outreach drafts as a starting point, then edit the email before sending the final Excel document to your email. Free users can still use the outreach workflow, but they will write the message from scratch.

The Spreadsheet Is Still Included
The Excel sheet is not going away.
A lot of users still want the spreadsheet for tracking, reporting, sharing with a team, or managing outreach outside of the app. That will still be part of the campaign workflow.
In-App Outreach is being added as another option for users who want to keep more of the process inside Backlink Brain.
